ACPI and ACROPICS are pleased to announce the call for abstracts for the ACPI Student Project Awards 2026. This call is open to students, up to and including PhD candidates, affiliated with the ACPI, COST Action T0PAGRI, EU Partnership on Agroecology, and ACROPICS networks.

Student teams composed of two or three members are invited to submit innovative, place-based project proposals addressing challenges in agroecological crop protection. Proposals may take the form of food system prototypes or critical case studies and should demonstrate originality, scientific rigor, and relevance to agroecological transitions.

All submissions will be evaluated by an international jury.

Up to three selected projects will be invited for presentation and will be formally recognized during a dedicated award ceremony at the joint ACPI–ACROPICS Annual Conference, to be held in Berlin, Germany, from 8 to 12 June 2026.

ACPI and ACROPICS warmly encourage all eligible student teams to submit their applications and share their innovative ideas in agroecological crop protection. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your research, engage with an international community of experts, and contribute to the development of sustainable, place-based solutions in agriculture. We look forward to your submissions and to celebrating the creativity and scientific excellence of the next generation of agroecology innovators.
