The very first workshop, jointly organised between the ACP Initiative and the ACROPICS project took place in Zagreb University and the Faculty of Agriculture between the 21-23 of May 2024. Present during the 3 day workshop were approximately 30 participants from the four scientific networks : EU alliance Towards a Chemical Pesticide-Free agriculture, the COST Project T0PAGRI, the International Agroecological Crop Protection Initiative (ACPI) and the ACROPICS Project (Agroecological Crop Protection: Towards International Co-innovation dynamics and evidence of sustainability). The workshop lasted 2 days, and included plenary presentations, SAS presentations, and various co-construction workshops covering topics such as : co-creation methods and how to implement them in practice, sustainability assessment methods, how to promote, monitor and share innovation actions within/among SAS, future training events to enhance the impact of our initiatives etc.

The workshop proved to be highly appreciated by its participants who got the chance to network and to exchange experiences with one another.
